After some weeks talking about the new Unibet Poker Open Algarve, finally it has arrived, started and advanced to Day 1B.

The second flight of players for the Unibet Open Algarve have entered the tournament area this afternoon, prepared to face a nine-hour marathon that will determine who will join Day 1A survivors tomorrow.

About 200 players took their seats yesterday with expectations on advancing to tournament Day 2, but only 69 of them could pass the cut.

When the day came to a close, Paweł Chmiel was holding the chiplead with 84,725 in chips, followed by Miikka Anttonen with 77,050 and Nicolas Ragot with 68,725.
