A new edition of the PokerStars EPT Prague kicked off today in the Hilton Prague Hotel, and more than 200 took their seats and will try to advance to Day 2.

Some of the best names in the game are competing in the 5.250 € event as, Pieter De Korver, JP Kelly, or the EPT5 Dortmund winner Sandra Naujoks “Black Mamba”. Also the winner of first ever EPT Prague, celebrated back in 2007, Arnaud Mattern is playing today.

Nobody wanted to miss this new EPT stop. For instance, we have also playing the PokerStars passport winner Shaun Deeb, Gino Alacqua, also a very known player here in Prague, and the pros John Kabbaj and Julian Thew, from the United Kingdom, within others.

Italian player Salvatore Bonavena won the Maint Event last year, taking home €774,000 por his efforts. No other italian player has won an EPT tournament after that, neither before.
