Despite a couple of good poker professionals were present at RPT Moscow final table, Ivan Demidov and Alex Kravchenko, both World Series final tablist, the title went to Vitaly Lunkin, a less known but very talented russian former backgammon player.

Here we come with some updates about the Russian Poker Tour event that’s going on in Moscow this weekend. While the Russian did not that good in the Eurovision festival celebrated yesterday in Russia’s capital, russian poker players were on rush in the RPT. In fact, all final tablists are russian!

After walking more than 14,000 miles to assist to all 5th season European Poker Tour events, after meeting 11 champions in some of the most important and glamurous cities in the world, like Barcelona, Nassau, Warsaw, Dortmund or San Remo, there was time for the EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo. Now, we have a new champion the 26-year-old from Nederlands Pieter de Korver.
